Privacy policy
We handle PAN numbers, bank statements and income proofs. This page explains what we collect, why, and who can see it.
The short version. We collect what a lender needs to assess a loan and what the law requires us to hold. We do not sell your data. Documents are visible only to the people processing your file.
1. Scope
This policy applies to AFSL Global Private Limited ("AFSL Global", "we", "us"), to this website, and to the partner, employee and administrator dashboards operated under it.
It covers three groups of people: DSA partners who register with us, borrowers whose applications a partner submits, and AFSL Global employees who use the internal dashboard.
2. What we collect
From partners at registration and KYC
- Name, email address, mobile number and password
- Business entity type, legal name as printed on the PAN card, and PAN number
- Aadhaar number, and GSTIN if you are GST registered
- Business name, business address, operating city, state and PIN code
- Bank account number, IFSC code, branch and beneficiary name
- Uploaded documents: PAN card, address proof and a cancelled cheque or bank statement
From borrowers, submitted by a partner
- Name, mobile number, email address and gender
- PAN, employment type and residency status
- Loan amount sought, product type and city
- Identity, address, income and bank documents required by the lender
Automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and timestamps
- For employees, the time of each login and logout, used to compute attendance
What we do not collect
We do not track your physical location. We do not access your camera or microphone except when you explicitly choose to photograph a document for upload, and that image is used only for that upload.
3. How we use it
- To verify partners. KYC documents are reviewed by an administrator to confirm identity and eligibility before a partner code is issued.
- To place loan files. Borrower information and documents are forwarded to the bank or NBFC you select, so they can assess the application.
- To calculate and pay commission. Disbursal data drives the payout ledger, and your verified bank account receives the payment.
- To operate the platform. Authentication, case tracking, attendance and leave records.
- To meet legal obligations. Record keeping, audit and any response required by a regulator or court.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
4. Who we share it with
- Lenders on our panel — only the specific application you asked us to place, and only with the institution you selected.
- Service providers — hosting, storage and communication vendors, bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
- Regulators and authorities — where disclosure is required by law.
Inside AFSL Global, access follows role. A partner sees only their own cases. An employee sees the partners assigned to them and can view KYC status but cannot approve it. Only an administrator can approve KYC and issue partner codes.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers located in India. We apply encryption in transit, access controls tied to role, and audit logging of administrative actions. Uploaded documents are restricted to the staff processing the relevant file.
No system is perfectly secure. Choose a strong password, do not reuse it elsewhere, and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
6. How long we keep it
- Partner KYC records and disbursed case files: retained for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping rules
- Rejected or withdrawn applications: retained for a shorter period, then deleted
- Website analytics logs: a rolling window, after which they are discarded
7. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete information we are not legally required to retain
- Withdraw consent for processing that is not necessary to a live application
Write to the address in section 10. We respond within 30 days. Some requests cannot be honoured while a loan file is in progress or where a retention obligation applies, and we will tell you if that is the case.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in and remembering your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Blocking essential cookies in your browser will prevent you from logging in.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform develops or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced inside the dashboard before they take effect.
